Sigma Chi Fraternity's annual 72-hour winter camp-out Homeless for the Homeless takes place yearly on the University of Ottawa’s Morriset Park! Homeless for the Homeless is an event that sees the brothers of Sigma Chi’s Lambda Theta chapter brave the harsh winter to raise awareness for the Ottawa Mission. For the past 8 years, brothers have slept in the cold for 3 days straight so that others don’t have to. Donations from this campaign benefit the homeless community in Ottawa by providing the mission with money, clothes, and food that can change the lives of those in need.
